    The host transmits the super audio current to the induction head, and the aluminum foil at the bottle mouth under the induction head is induced by electromagnetic induction and generates the super audio current until it reaches the high temperature instantaneously, so that the composite film on the aluminum foil melts and the bottle mouth is bound together to achieve high efficiency and high quality sealing effect.

    Instructions and precautions for operation

    1.①②③The hexagon inside the tool is used to install the induction head and adjust the conveyor belt. ④ The tool is used to connect the screws of the induction head. ⑤ Spare tool safety.⑥⑦⑧⑨ Tool is used to assemble the lifting rod.
    2.Put the electromagnetic induction aluminum foil sealer flat on the stability table, and plug in 220V power supply.
    3.Select the bottle to be sealed and place it flat on the conveyor belt. Adjust the lifting and lifting of the rocker down induction head so that the bottle to be sealed can pass under the electromagnetic induction head smoothly. Generally, the distance between the bottle cap and the induction head is not more than 5 mm. When sealing the large-caliber bottle, the distance between the induction head and the bottle mouth is not more than 8 mm. The longer the distance between the induction head and the bottle mouth, the weaker the working power is.
    4.Open the "conveyor belt adjustment" system, conveyor belt operation. Test and adjust the bottle position so that the bottle can pass through the center of the sensor head mark. For stable sealing quality, the bottle must be adjusted to pass through the center of the sealing mouth (note : because each bottle cap has a different thickness, the working time should be extended with the thickness of the bottle cap).
    5.Turn the switch to the ON position (the machine has a slow start protection device), start about five seconds after the formal work can start.
    6.Except aluminum foil, other metal products (such as metal caps, metal bottles, etc.) cannot be used on the machine.
    7.A stable voltage of 220V must be used to ensure good contact between the socket and the plug. Do not share a socket with other electrical appliances to avoid burning the power tube due to electrical spark.
    8.The electromagnetic induction sealing machine must be placed in a ventilated and dry place for use, and the dust inside the fan and motherboard should be cleaned regularly.
    9.Electromagnetic induction sealing machine is a high temperature machine. It is best to stop for more than 10 minutes when working for 1 hour. Try not to work for more than 8 hours continuously.
    10.When working, the sealing mouth is strictly prohibited on the chassis or large area of metal, so as to avoid burning the power tube ; Please try to stop use in thundering weather.
    11.The sealing machine has high pressure, non-factory professional and technical personnel are strictly prohibited to install and disassemble, once the factory does not warranty, do not assume all the responsibilities arising therefrom.
